Payments and subscription terms — DoggyRadar
Document version: 2026-09-26-payments-v6
Status: Draft for the next release; this does not confirm deployment or the effectiveness of new terms before notification.
1. Provider and offer
The application provider is Krzysztof Wołosik – Javor, ul. Anastazego Wika-Czarnowskiego 1A/7, 80-365 Gdańsk, Poland, Tax ID 5922047567, office@doggyradar.com.
FULL features, monthly or annual period, gross price, currency and automatic renewal are presented before purchase. FULL disables Google AdMob ads; labelled sponsored business content may remain. Route history is subject to precise-location retention in the Privacy Policy; a plan does not provide indefinite retention of exact GPS.
Business Account: Polish reference price PLN 24.99 gross per month, 5 publications per billing period, without rollover. An additional publication, when offered, has a reference price of PLN 3.89 gross. The store's price and terms shown before purchase are binding. Disabling a publication does not restore allowance. See Business Terms.
2. Purchase, confirmation and activation
Apple App Store or Google Play processes mobile purchases. The settlement entity, seller details and receipt depend on the particular store and country. DoggyRadar receives purchase identifiers and status, not card numbers.
Before confirmation, users receive the service description, full price per period, commitment length, renewal and cancellation conditions and acknowledge the payment obligation in the store. Keep the contract confirmation on a durable medium (such as email), allowing unchanged terms to be reproduced. A changeable website link alone does not replace that confirmation.
Access starts after store and server verification. If charged without receiving access, use available purchase restoration or submit a complaint; do not purchase again to resolve the error.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew if disclosed in the purchase offer. Cancel future renewal in Apple/Google subscription settings before the deadline shown by the store. Access generally continues to the end of the paid period.
We do not impose one 24-hour deadline for every purchase. Apple recommends cancelling trials at least 24 hours before they end; Google Play describes cancellation before the current period ends. Check the particular subscription's trial and billing terms.
Deleting the app or DoggyRadar account does not replace store cancellation. Cancelling future renewal, withdrawing from a contract and making a complaint are separate actions.
4. Withdrawal
Consumers entering a distance contract generally have 14 days from conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Send notice to the party responsible for the contract before the deadline; for the DoggyRadar service use office@doggyradar.com or the provider's postal address. No particular form is mandatory.
Sample notice: “I withdraw from the contract for [service], concluded on [date], order identifier [if known]. Name, contact address, date; signature only for a paper notice.”
If a paid service started during those 14 days at the consumer's express request, a proportionate amount for properly supplied service may be due on withdrawal, only where statutory information and consent requirements were met. Activating a subscription does not mean full performance of an ongoing service or automatic loss of withdrawal rights.
The fully performed paid-service exception requires prior express consent, information about losing the right and acknowledgement. Different rules apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: commencement requires prior express consent, acknowledgement of losing the right and the required contract confirmation. This exception is not automatically applied to every subscription.
Refunds due following valid withdrawal are made without undue delay and within 14 days of receipt of the notice, normally using the original payment method. Discretionary store refunds do not limit statutory withdrawal.
5. Failure to supply or lack of conformity
The service supplier is responsible for conformity with the contract. Where a service is not supplied, consumers can request supply and withdraw when statutory conditions are met. For lack of conformity, they can request conformity free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
Where statutory conditions apply (such as refusal, unsuccessful remedy or serious non-conformity), a price reduction or withdrawal is available. Referring users to the store does not replace these rights.
Necessary security and conformity updates are supplied for the legally required period. Changes beyond maintaining conformity require a contractual basis, a valid reason, no additional charge and required information; materially adverse effects trigger the statutory termination/withdrawal protections.
6. Complaints and disputes
For application, entitlement or allowance complaints contact office@doggyradar.com. Describe the issue, give contact details and enough information to find the purchase; do not send card numbers or passwords. We respond on a durable medium within 14 days. Failure to respond within a statutory deadline has the consequences provided by consumer law.
Discretionary store refunds may also be requested from Apple/Google. If a complaint reaches the wrong party, we help identify the proper channel without excluding responsibility for our service.
Polish municipal/district consumer ombudsmen and Trade Inspection provide assistance. Alternative dispute resolution information is available from UOKiK. Participation in a particular procedure depends on the applicable rules and competent body's requirements; court remedies remain available.
Consumer protections also extend to individual entrepreneurs to the extent provided by law for contracts without a professional character for that person.
