Business Account Terms — DoggyRadar

Document version: 2026-09-26-business-v2

Status: Draft for the next release. Effective only after notification with the required notice; this copy does not confirm production deployment.

1. Provider and scope

The provider is Krzysztof Wołosik – Javor, sole proprietor, ul. Anastazego Wika-Czarnowskiego 1A/7, 80-365 Gdańsk, Poland, Tax ID 5922047567, office@doggyradar.com.

This account is for businesses and authorised representatives of organisations offering lawful animal-related products or services. These terms supplement the application terms, payment terms and privacy policy.

DoggyRadar provides profiles and publications. Businesses contract with customers in their own name; buying this plan does not make DoggyRadar the seller of their products.

2. Activation and place claims

  1. The activating person confirms authority to represent the business, accurate information and acceptance of the specified document versions. Acceptance evidence is retained under the Privacy Policy.
  2. A profile is not government verification or a DoggyRadar endorsement.
  3. Claiming an available, unassigned place requires identifying it and providing evidence of authority. Do not send excessive identity documents or third-party data. Control is granted only after administrator approval.
  4. Rejections include a reason. Representation or ownership disputes may be sent to office@doggyradar.com; proportionate additional evidence may be requested. Being the first claimant does not establish authority over a business.

3. Plan, price and publication allowance

  1. One monthly plan has a Polish reference price of PLN 24.99 gross per month. Apple App Store or Google Play displays the binding gross price, currency, period and renewal terms before purchase. Prices in other countries may differ.
  2. The plan includes 5 publications per billing period. Unused allowance does not roll over. The period follows the store entitlement, not the calendar month.
  3. An additional publication, when offered by the app and store, has a Polish reference price of PLN 3.89 gross; the store price is shown before purchase. Listing a reference price does not promise availability on every platform.
  4. Disabling or deleting a publication does not restore used allowance. Complaints about incorrect allowance charges remain available.
  5. Renewal is automatic as shown at purchase. Cancel renewal in Apple/Google settings before the next renewal deadline shown by the store; trial rules may differ. Cancellation is not itself withdrawal or a refund request.

4. Features and ranking

The plan covers features marked available in the purchase offer: a business profile, publications and available highlighting/statistics. A feature marked unavailable is not included. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, sales or a fixed position.

The list of up to three sponsored places requires an active plan and approved profile. Matching the selected category takes priority, followed by shorter distance and then a stable place identifier to break ties. Payment qualifies for this list; it does not purchase a specific position.

A business chooses a publication's centre and radius. Visibility depends on recipient location, permissions, GPS accuracy, connectivity and publication status. Publications appear within DoggyRadar mobile apps and website; this offer does not include external affiliate distribution.

Sponsored content is labelled. A recipient's FULL account disables Google AdMob ads; labelled sponsored business content may remain.

5. Content rights, data and moderation

The business retains rights to its name, logo, images and publications. It grants a non-exclusive permission to store, technically process as necessary and display them within DoggyRadar during publication and necessary settlement or evidence preservation. Ownership is not transferred.

The business is responsible for lawful content, current prices and promotions, content rights and lawful processing of third-party data. Impersonation, fraud, dangerous, discriminatory and unlawful content are prohibited.

DoggyRadar may proportionately restrict or remove violating content or suspend features or accounts. Affected users receive reasons, grounds, scope, duration and available redress under the moderation rules.

A business can access its own profile, publications, plan status and available aggregate statistics. It does not receive GPS histories, private messages or lists identifying ad recipients. The operator processes data needed for service, billing and security. Export and erasure follow the Privacy Policy; closing the account ends dashboard access.

6. Payments and complaints

Mobile purchases are settled by the entity identified on the Apple/Google transaction confirmation. The seller and billing document depend on the transaction. Businesses must provide correct tax details; DoggyRadar does not promise to issue an invoice in place of the store's issuing entity.

Service, allowance, claim and moderation complaints can be submitted free of charge to office@doggyradar.com. We respond within 14 days at the contact address, giving reasons. Store refund procedures do not exclude statutory claims against the responsible service provider.

Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or rights of entrepreneurs treated as consumers where applicable, including withdrawal and service conformity rights.

7. Changes and termination

Businesses may cancel renewal in the store, disable publications and delete their account in the app or on the deletion page. Deleting an account does not replace cancellation in the store.

Changes are notified on a durable medium, such as an email containing the changes, at least 15 days before application; longer where business adaptations are necessary. Businesses can terminate before the changes. Renewed acceptance does not replace required notice. Exceptions cover legal obligations and unforeseen, imminent security threats.

Operator termination of the entire service requires reasons on a durable medium at least 30 days in advance, unless law requires faster action, a lawful imperative reason applies or repeated infringements can be demonstrated. Dangerous content may be restricted urgently. Reasons and an opportunity to explain remain available.
