Delete your DoggyRadar account
This page applies to the DoggyRadar mobile application operated by DoggyRadar. It provides a public way to request deletion of an account and data associated with it.
Delete the account in the application
- Open DoggyRadar and sign in.
- Open Profile → Security and privacy → Download or delete account data.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm with your current password and, only if you enabled it, your MFA or recovery code.
- Enter the confirmation phrase shown by the application and confirm deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Send a deletion request from the e-mail address assigned to the account. Put DoggyRadar account deletion in the subject. We verify that the requester controls the account before deletion; an e-mail address alone never authorises deletion.

Data deleted with the account
- account, profile and privacy settings;
- dog profiles, dog photos and health-card data;
- stored GPS positions, completed walks and route history;
- private chat data, relationships, device push tokens and application preferences;
- other records linked exclusively to the deleted account.
Data retained after deletion
- forum posts and active safety reports may remain, but their author is permanently anonymised;
- pseudonymised evidence of guardian consent, supervision transfers and security operations is retained where required to demonstrate compliance and protect supervised accounts;
- records required for legal claims, accounting or another legal duty are retained only for the period required by applicable law.
Location history is normally subject to an independent 90-day retention limit. Account deletion removes account-linked location history without waiting for that period. A supervised account scheduled for deletion has a 7-day reversal period before final deletion. Backup copies age out under the protected backup rotation and are not restored as active user accounts.
